Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Siddhivinayak Arts, each product is handcrafted with devotion, care, and attention to detail. Due to the customized and delicate nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or email.
2. No Return Policy
- All products are handcrafted religious idols, and hence returns are not accepted.
- We request customers to review product details, sizes, and specifications carefully before placing an order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please follow the steps below:
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and an unboxing video as proof
Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage.
4. Resolution Process
After verification of the issue:
- A replacement product will be provided (subject to availability)
OR - A refund will be issued if replacement is not possible
5. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Damage reported without unboxing video
- Request raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Minor color/design variations (due to handcrafted nature)
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
